Mr. Amit Prajapati represents the second generation of leadership at NHP Group. Born in 1980, he grew up watching his father build the Group from a single brick kiln — the 5 a.m. starts, the nights on the highway, the discipline behind every decision.
He earned his B.Com from M.K. Commerce College, Bharuch, and in 2003–04 completed an MBA in Finance in London. He returned with a global outlook and a clear focus on hospitality, leading Harimangla's partnership with Regenta in 2013 to become Regenta Central Harimangla, Bharuch, and the opening of Hyatt Place in 2022.
His focus is on operational excellence and measured expansion — strengthening the Group's hospitality partnerships with global brands, modernising systems and processes, and identifying opportunities that fit NHP's long-term, asset-backed philosophy.
As Managing Director, he bridges the founding generation's discipline with a contemporary approach to scale, technology and guest experience — ensuring NHP Group remains both rooted in its principles and ready for what comes next.
